摘要
根据水路交通的行业特点和科技创新能力形成的全过程,分析了水路交通科技创新能力的影响因素,建立了三级递阶层次结构模型,运用Fuzzy-AHP评价方法对我国H省、G省和S省的水路交通科技创新能力进行了实证研究,并根据综合评价结果提出相关政策建议.
According to the industrial characteristics of waterway traffic and the whole formative process of S &T innovation capability, some factors influencing waterway traffic S &T innovation ability are analyzed, at the same time a third-class hierarchy model is established. Then using the Fuzzy-AHP evaluation method, the empirical re- search of waterway traffic S &T innovation ability is made by selecting H Province, G Province and S Province of China for samples. Moreover based on the comprehensive evaluation results, relevant policy recommendations are proposed in this paper.
