摘要 鉴于通常所选用化工单元安全评价方法在各指标或因素的权重选取时有过多主观性会使得计算的权重"失真",笔者采用了熵值法确定权重系数提高各指标权重计算的合理性和可靠性,利用可拓法中的优度评价方法,建立化工单元安全评价模型,为化工单元安全评价提供了一种新的量化方法,使评价更加客观和准确,并且依据此模型对合成氨单元的安全进行了评价. When the usual method of evaluation for safety of chemical unit was used to choose the weight of every indicator or factor, too much subjectivity caused that the calculation of weight have a lot of deviation with the real situation, entropy theory was used in this article to make the choice more reasonable and more reliable. The method of evaluation of goodness in the extension method was used to establish the model of evaluation for safety of chemical unit, also a new way to quantify the evaluation of safety of chemical unit was offered, which makes the evaluation to be more objective and more accurate. At last the safety of the unit of synthesis ammonia was evaluated according to the model.
