浅析潮汐电站选址与投资效益因子—规模匹配度及电站效益部分因子的探讨研究 被引量:1

摘要 分析国内外典型潮汐电站投资效益因子,提出其装机规模与建筑工程规模匹配度估算公式,以便用于站址初选期配合装机估算式来判别工程投资效益的适宜情况。电站装机规模的自然因子潮差、库容虽表现为自然条件限制,但库容在选址初期受人为控制更为显著。建筑工程规模因子的建筑物类型、尺寸、施工技术等更多表现在其人与环境的和谐上,指出潮汐电站的前期工作。在充分考虑海岸地域潮差的同时,更应对电站库容及其规模匹配度做充分研讨论证。 Tidal power is an inexhaustible clean and renewable energy.The paper analyzes the investment benefit factors of typical tidal power stations at home and abroad,proposes the formulas for estimating the matching degree of installed capacity and construction project scale,so as to determine the appropriate project investment benefits by installed capacity estimation formula at the early stage of site selection.Though the natural factors of installed capacity such as tidal range and reservoir capacity are restrained by natural conditions,the reservoir capacity is prominently under artificial control at the early stage of site selection.The construction project scale factors such as structure type,dimension,construction technology etc.are more involved with the harmony between man and environment.It points out that during the preparatory work of a tidal power station,full considerations should be given to the tidal range of coastal region,and adequate study and verification of the reservoir capacity and scale matching degree should be made as well.
