摘要
南水北调中线水源工程丹江口大坝加高工程有诸多设计技术难题,右岸混凝土坝转弯坝段在平面上是呈凸向下游的反弧形,初期工程中横缝进行了灌浆。在气温与库水位的作用影响下,坝体被挤压向下游变形,坝基上游端部受拉,拉应力区已经发展到帷幕线附近,扬压力增大,需恢复各坝段的变形功能。对大坝横缝进行大面积的切割混凝土在中国尚属首次,且技术性高,没有相应的规范标准可依。结合坝体锯缝工程特点,监理以合同文件为依据,对工程施工质量、进度、合同管理等进行全过程的监控,收到了良好的效果。
There exist many technical issues for the Danjiangkou dam heightening project as the middle water source of the South-North Water Diversion Project.The right bank concrete dam turning section is of ogee shape and as a convex to the downstream in the plane.At the early stage of the project,the transverse joints were grouted.At the action of temperature and reservoir water level,the dam body was squeezed and deformed to the downstream.The upstream end of the dam foundation is under tension and the tensile stress area has extended to the vicinity of the curtain line,uplift pressure increased,so the deformation function of each dam section needs to be restored.Large area of concrete cutting in dam transverse joints is the first time in China,the involved technology is high and no corresponding standards can be referred to.In the light of the engineering characteristics of dam body saw-cut joints and based on the contract documents,whole process supervision and control of construction quality,progress,contract management was carried out with good results.
