BIS监测下不同浓度七氟烷吸入对斜视手术眼心反射的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察脑电双频谱指数(BIS)监测下,不同浓度七氟烷吸入对斜视手术眼心反射(OCR)发生的影响。方法选择2~12岁择期行斜视矫正术的患者75例ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,随机分为3组,即S1、S2、S3,每组25例。预先设定术中维持不同的BIS:S1组为60±5;S2组为50±5;S3组为40±5。术中均静脉微泵泵注瑞芬太尼0.2~0.3 ug/(kg.min),根据设定的BIS调整ET-sev的浓度。记录麻醉前,术中牵拉眼肌时的心率(HR)、BIS、眼心反射发生率及ET-sev%。结果 S1、S2、S3组OCR发生率分别为52%、28%、12%。ET-sev%分别为1.4%、1.9%2、.4%。S3组OCR%最低,S2、S3组与S1组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BIS值在40~50之间,眼心反射发生率低。BIS监测对预防眼心反射有重要意义。
