C_3H_8(CO_2)-CO(NH_2)_2-H_2O_2-H_2O四元体系相平衡及其应用

摘要 为了回收利用湿法合成过氧化尿素后母液中的H2O2和CO(NH2)2,提出了气体盐析法回收有用物质的方法。采用等温法测定了15℃时CO2-CO(NH2)2-H2O-H2O2四元体系在不同压力下的相平衡数据,结果表明,CO2没有盐析分离效应。实验测定5,10,15℃时C3H8-CO(NH2)2-H2O-H2O2四元体系相平衡数据表明,C3H8具有明显的盐析分离效应,且随着C3H8气体压强的增加,平衡液相中H2O2和CO(NH2)2的质量分数降低。湿法合成过氧化尿素后母液在15℃时加入C3H8气体,可继续使过氧化尿素结晶析出,H2O2的收率可提高26.54%。 In order to recycle H2O2 and CO(NH2)2 from the mother liquid after the synthesis of urea peroxide by wet method,the gas salting out method was put forward to recycle the useful materials.The phase equilibrium data of quaternary system CO2-CO(NH2)2-H2O-H2O2 were measured at 15 ℃ by means of isotherm at different pressures.The results show that CO2 has no salting out effect on above system.The phase equilibrium data of C3H8-CO(NH2)2-H2O-H2O2 system at 5,10,15 ℃ indicate that C3H8 has evident salting out effect on urea peroxide and CO(NH2)2 separated from the mother liquid.With the C3H8 pressure increasing,the mass fraction of H2O2 and CO(NH2)2 in the liquid is dropped off.Entering C3H8 gas into the liquid after the synthesis of urea peroxide by wet method at 15 ℃,urea peroxide crystallization can be continued and the yield of H2O2 also can increase by 26.54%.
