摘要
根据电主轴用高速内装式感应电机的特点,研究了高速内装式感应电机电磁设计方法,分析、比较了两种低谐波绕组在高速内装式感应电机中的应用,并将该技术应用于所设计的样机中。通过对样机的测试表明,利用该文设计方法所设计的电机性能指标满足电主轴的要求。
According to the characteristic of high-speed induction built-in motors used in spindles,an electromagnetic design method of the motors was studied in this paper,and the use of two different low harmonic windings in the motors was analyzed and compared.The technology was used in the prototype.Experiments indicate the motor designed according to the method has good performances.
