大扭矩力矩电机是高档数控机床的关键基础部件,文章针对力矩电机伺服系统的性能测试技术进行了研究。首先简要介绍了伺服控制系统,然后提出了测试系统的总体方案,最后对系统的滤波环节的性能进行详细的测试并分析了试验结果。

Large-torque torque motors are key basic components of the high-grade numerically-controlled machine tools.The testing technology for the performance of the torque motor servo system was researched in the paper.A servo control system was introduced fistly,and then put forward the general scheme of the system for testing.Finally the filter of the servo system was tested and the test results were analysised.
