摘要
Profibus-PA是一种广泛应用于过程控制领域的现场总线。文中以模块化的设计思想为指导,采用西门子专用协议芯片SIM1-2和DPC31,为差压变送器的仪表控制器设计开发了Profibus-PA通信接口,将仪表控制器作为从站接入Profibus总线,实现现场总线的控制系统。实验结果表明,运用该接口模块可以实现Profibus-PA主从站之间的非循环数据通信,主站的可靠性和通用性较好,能够嵌入应用到所有的现场设备中。
PROFIBUS-PA is one kind of fieldbus which is widely used in the field of process control.Under the guidance of modular design concept,this paper adopted a Siemens special protocol chip SIM1-2 and DPC31,designed and developed a Profibus-PA communication interface for the differential pressure transmitter,which can make it as a slave station connect to Profibus system,achieving fieldbus motion control.Experimental results show that,It is proved that the differential pressure transmitter with this interface can fulfill acyclic data communication with main station.The master class has a better reliability and versatility,which can be applied to all devices.
