摘要
根据Modbus工业网络协议、基于西门子S7-300系统,在多台空压机的控制级和监控级实现了人机界面、PLC、RTU的通讯和监控,同时对外部现场检测型号和执行器进行了安全联锁控制。这种方案通用且易于维护,有着广泛的应用范围。
According to Modbus industrial network protocol,developed the application system in process field-control and supervisory level,based on Siemens PLC S7-300,where several air-compressors are running.Respectively achieved the data exchange between operator,PLC and RTU.Otherwise,it provided standard input/output signals to field instruments and actuators in the same level.In general,the solution is universal and realtime to Modbus network,and it＇s easy to operate and maintain.
