摘要
针对高校实训要求,设计了符合工业生产实际的传热实训装置工艺流程,给出了电加热导热油炉、蒸汽发生器、套管式换热器等关键设备的控制策略。选用西门子S7-300PLC和MCGS组态软件实现了传热实训装置控制系统的设计。PLC程序采用模块化设计,同一个被控对象提供多种控制方案和功能模块供选择,部分控制回路采用串级控制等先进控制技术,保证了系统的精确稳定控制。MCGS组态界面操作方便,实训方案灵活多样,换热设备既可以串联运行,也可并联运行。该装置已经在高校投入使用,系统运行稳定、获得了较好的实训效果。
In order to meet the needs of practical training in colleges,we designed the process of heat transfer training devices which fits industrial production practical.Then give the key control strategies of electrical heating oil furnace,steam generator and heat exchangers etc.Choosing Siemens S7-300 PLC and MCGS software to realize the control system design of heat transfer training equipment.The modular program design method is adopted in the PLC software design,and offers a variety of functional module for choice.To guarantee the precise and stable control effects,we adopt cascade control in some control loops.This device has been put into use in colleges,and obtained the good training effect.
