摘要
根据振动弦法测量的原理,利用平行磁铁提供磁场,以钨丝为振动弦,设计了一套能够同时测量流体的黏度和密度的热物性测试装置,并且搭建了测试系统,编制了基于LabVIEW的数据采集程序以及基于L-M算法的非线性拟合方法。在此基础上,对振动弦测试仪的仪器参数进行了标定,为进一步开展相应的研究奠定了基础。
Viscosity and density are the important thermophysical properties of fluids.This paper designed a new vibrating-wire viscometer which could be used to measurement the density of the sample simultaneously.The measurement system and data acquisition program were developed.In order to get the values of viscosity and density,a nonlinear fitting method based on Levenberg Marquardt algorithm was also presented.The instrument parameters of the vibrating-wire viscometer was calibrated for further research.
