摘要 针对现存煤矿井下胶带运输机控制系统不够灵活。可靠性低等缺陷,提出将Linux操作系统移植到ARM11体系结构的主控制芯片S3C6410中,实现现场控制与异地控制的结合。主屏采用EB8000 Project Manager软件开发的多功能人机交互界面,实现用户级的设备灵活控制。系统运行表明:嵌入式的胶带运输监控系统不但节省了成本,还具有便于维修,可扩展性强,稳定性高等优点。 An idea that transplanted the Linux operating system to the main control chip S3C6410 which with ARM11 architecture was proposed to handle the problem that the control system of existing belt conveyor underground mine was inflexible and unreliable,which accomplished the combination of the field control and the remote control.The main screen utilized the software of EB8000 Project Manager to achieve interactive interface and improve the flexible of control in user-level device.The belt conveyor control system which had transplanted the embedded system worked well in the field,and showed advantages of cost savings,easy maintenance,scalability and stability.
