摘要
介绍了有限元热流耦合精细算法,并采用等效算法和精细法对某混凝土坝的几个浇筑块进行分析,并对比了它们的计算结果.对比结果表明,从宏观上考虑,等效算法基本能正确反应出混凝土温度和应力的变化规律,但不能精确模拟水管周围混凝土在早期易开裂的现象,而精细算法能弥补这一点.分析结果也为工程实践提供相应的参考.
A thermal-fluid coupling method is introduced.The thermal field and corresponding stress field of some concrete blocks are analyzed by using both the equivalent method and thermal-fluid coupling method.The results indicate that the equivalent method can correctly reflect the distribution of temperature and stress macroscopically,but impossible to accurately reflect cooling effect by pipes layout,the cooling water velocity and temperature variation.While thermal-fluid coupling method can simulate it,and shows that cracking is more likely to occur begin with the concrete nearby cooling pipes during the cooling process.Meanwhile,the results provide an important reference for further study and engineering practice.
