摘要
为得到可逆流体转换器(RFD)喷嘴型式及锥角、对称关系、吸水室型式等结构关系的优化结果,采用三维定常流数值模拟对RFD进行了计算,计算结果表明RFD最佳结构型式及参数为:柱形吸水室、对称喷嘴两阶段扩散型式,下喷嘴扩散角β小于5°~6°,相对嘴间距Lc/dt=0.8~1.1;压冲阶段,RFD有微量引射或无引射时水力效率最高,锥形喷嘴在各阶段均表现出较大的过流流量.与实验结果进行对比,验证了数值方法的可靠性,说明采用定常流方法进行非定常状态下的工作元件结构设计,可以作为工程应用RFD的优化设计方法.
In order to get the optimized matching parameters of the nozzle types,cone angle,nozzles symmetry,the patterns of suction chamber,etc.,a simulation theory has been explored in the way of steady flow numerical simulation.The results of the optimized reverse flow diverter(RFD) configuration and its parameters,such as column suction,symmetric nozzles,and two phase spread type are the best; half-angle of spread β5°-6°,Lc/dt=0.8-1.1 and qc=90%-110% are proposed.The comparison between the simulation and experiment has been made at last.It is shown that the theory of simulation fits close with the results of the experiment; so the steady flow hydraulic components method is proved to be useful in the design of an unsteady operating components and the practical RFD design.
