摘要
实践证明,不断完善创新制度及相关政策是农业创新型国家确保农业科技创新体系正常运转的重要保证。文章介绍了我国农业技术推广的现状,分析了美国、日本、法国等发达国家农业科技推广工作的立法情况,提出了完善法律制度,制定宏观政策措施,建立适应我国国情的"三位一体"的新型农业科技推广服务体系等建议。
It was proved that the important guarantee for ensuring normal operation of agricultural science and technology innovation system by constantly improve the innovation system and related policy in agricultural innovation-oriented country. The present situation of agricultural technology extension in China was introduced in the paper, and legislation situation of agricultural technology extension in the USA, Japan, France and other developed countries was analyzed. Suggestions of constructing new agricultural technology extension service system which accommodate China＇s conditions were proposed, such as improving the legislation, perfecting the legal system, formulating macro policies, etc.
