摘要
适用于图书馆的著作权例外是图书馆进一步提升资源建设与服务能力的重要法律保障。从法律界和图书馆界两个角度,全面系统剖析了近年来国际上有关图书馆的著作权例外的发展动态,并从四个方面总结指出图书馆界需要积极地、多渠道地反映可适用于图书馆的著作权例外的立法诉求。
Copyright exceptions applicable to library community are vital to enhance the library collection and information service.The author makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the international developments in the copyright exceptions applicable to library community from the two perspectives： legal world and library community.On that basis,the conclusion that library community should reflect the legislative demands on copyright exceptions applicable to library community in an active and multi-channel way is made from four aspects.
