高校图书馆信息共享空间服务质量评价的实证研究——以上海师范大学信息共享空间为例

Empirical Study on the Service Quality of Information Commons in Academic Libraries——the Case of IC of Shanghai Normal University Library

信息共享空间作为外来事物,近几年在国内高校图书馆被广泛使用。上海师范大学图书馆经过两年的本土化实践,在LibQUAL+指标的基础上,修正得出信息共享空间的用户满意度调查问卷,进行实证分析研究。调查结果采用象限分析法进行分析,揭示用户对信息共享空间的认知度及使用情况,为信息共享空间的规划建设与实践应用提供有价值的参考。

Information Commons as an external thing is widely used by Chinese academic libraries.After two years’ practice by Shanghai Normal University Library,based on the LibQUAL＋,the paper proposes a user satisfaction questionnaire of information commons and conducts an empirical research.The paper makes analysis of the survey results by using four-quadrant-analysis.It also posts users＇ cognitive degree and using problems,and brings forward some valuable references for the programming,building and practice of information commons.
