论政府网站的特色化和个性化信息服务

随着我国政府网站的建设发展,其个性化、特色化信息服务对于加强和完善政府网站的信息服务功能,将发挥越来越重要的作用。本文在分析国内外政府网站公共服务个性化、特色化现状和存在问题的基础上,结合现实情况,从加强政策引导、整合信息资源、提高服务的广度和深度、完善评价机制等方面提出了加强政府网站特色化和个性化服务的措施。
