东北东部边境口岸经济发展探析

THE INVESTIGATION OF THE FRONTIER PORTS ECONOMY OF THE EAST OF NORTHEAST

以东北东部边境口岸经济发展问题为出发点,深入分析了该区域口岸经济发展的制约因素,系统提出了该边境口岸经济发展的对策建议。针对东北东部边境口岸较多、口岸经济发展无序及缺乏全局性规划的具体现状,采取定量和定性分析相结合的方法,重点探讨了口岸经济发展中各边境口岸的层次定位及其腹地问题,将东部边境口岸分为核心、重要、一般三个层次,并对其口岸功能进行定位,以为东北东部边境口岸经济的合理有序发展提供参考。

The article is based on the economic development of the eastern North-east frontier ports problems, takes the emphasis on those restrictions elements to give out the countermeasures of the development. There are many current situations such as the frontier ports is redundant, the whole planning is out of order, combing the quantitative and qualitative analysis method, we probe into the level of each frontier ports in the hinterland and divided into three parts, core, important and general, finally issued the function level of the ports and gave out the reverence of the eastern border crossings fair and orderly economic development.
