针灸配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical study on the curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion combined with manipulation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

目的:观察针灸配合手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将100例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成2组,每组50例。Ⅰ组采用针灸配合手法治疗,Ⅱ组仅采用手法治疗。治疗1个疗程后比较两组患者腰痛、下肢麻木、下肢放射痛、直腿抬高等4项单项指标疗效及总体疗效。结果:①Ⅰ组患者腰痛及下肢麻木改善程度优于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(u=2.311,P=0.006;u=2.811,P=0.003);两组患者下肢放射痛及直腿抬高方面的疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(u=0.721,P=0.149;u=0.121,P=0.918)。②Ⅰ组患者总体疗效优于Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(u=1.543,P=0.008)。结论:针灸配合手法治疗腰椎间突出症疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture-moxibustion combined with manipulation on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation（LDH）.Methods：100 LDH patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 cases in each group.Patients in groupⅠwere administrated with acupuncture-moxibustion combined with manipulation,while those in groupⅡwere administrated with manipulation only.After one course of treatment,4 single indicators including lumbago,numbness of lower limbs,radiating pain of lower limbs and straight leg raise,and the total curative effect were compared between the 2 groups.Results：The situations of lumbago and numbness of lower limbs in groupⅠwere improved more significantly than those in groupⅡand there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（u=2.311,P=0.006;u=2.811,P=0.003）.There was no statistical difference in the aspects of radiating pain of lower limbs and straight leg raise between the 2 groups（u=0.721,P=0.149;u=0.121,P=0.918）.The total curative effect of groupⅠwas better than that of groupⅡ and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups（u=1.543,P=0.008）.Conclusion：The method of acupuncture-moxibustion combined with manipulation has a exact curative effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,it is worth popularizing in clinic.
