摘要
介绍了上部结构可提升式岸桥模型卷扬提升方案的机械结构及其基于PLC的控制系统的设计。系统采用西门子S7-200PLC为控制主机,西门子MM440变频器为驱动器,以及变频电机、减速器、卷筒等为执行机构,实现钢丝绳的预紧及岸桥上部结构的提升。系统使用销轴传感器检测钢丝绳的张力,以实现钢丝绳的预紧。在同步提升阶段,应确保4台电机的联动性能。详细研究了两种控制方案:一是基于电机转速同步的同步提升方案;一是基于吊点位移同步的同步提升方案。
This paper introduces the mechanical structure of lifted-superstructure container crane , as well as the crane's PLC control system which implements the pretightening force of wire rope and the lift of crane's superstueture by taking Siemens S7 -200PLC as main units, Siemens MM440 as drivers and frequency conversion motor, gear and drums as actuators. This system gives a test on rope's tention with shaft sensor to preload the rope. To make sure the integrated perfomance of four motors during synchronous lift, this paper studies two kinds of control plan: one is based on the synchronization of motor speed, the other is based on the synchronization of lifting-point displacement.
