通过气量调节方式优化降低压缩机能耗

摘要 压缩机传统的旁路气量调节方式使压缩机做了很多无用功,浪费了大量的能源。高桥石化炼油事业部通过改变气量调节方式,运用Hydrocom技术加装于压缩机进气阀实现了无级气量调节,运用管网将同类压缩机组群管理,使压缩机只压缩需要压缩的气体,取得了很好的节能效果。 Tradionally,the gas capacity of the compressor is varied with bypass valves,in this method, a large number of energy is wasted. In Shanghai GaoQiao refinery, a control system named hydrocom was installed on the suction valves,the system adjusts the gas capacity of compressor steplessly between 0% and 100%. Several same condition compressors was combined together with a pipe network,adjusts the gas capacity like a single compressor. In these way, only the amount of gas that is used in the process is compressed, energy is saved obviously.
