加味天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证66例临床观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of gastrodia and uncaria decoction combined with western medicine on hypertension with syndrome hyperactivity of liver-YANG

目的观察加味天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证的临床疗效及安全性。方法将132例高血压病肝阳上亢证患者随机分为2组,治疗组66例采用天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗,对照组66例单纯西药常规治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后统计临床疗效及治疗前后血压、症状、血脂、血液流变学变化、脑血流变化以及有无药物不良反应。结果降压疗效:治疗组总有效率84.85%,对照组总有效率66.67%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床症状疗效:治疗组总有效率87.88%,对照组总有效率63.64%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白较对照组降低更为明显(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原较治疗前降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后全血黏度(高切)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组。治疗组治疗后大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉的平均血流速度和搏动指数指标较治疗前有明显变化(P<0.05),治疗后治疗组脑血流较治疗前有明显改善。结论加味天麻钩藤饮联合西药治疗高血压病肝阳上亢证有较好的疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of gastrodia and uncaria decoction combined with western medicine on hypertension with syndrome hyperactivity of liver-YANG.Methods 132 cases of hypertension with syndrome hyperactivity of liver-YANG were divided into two groups.66 patients in treatment group were treated by gastrodia and uncaria decoction combined with western medicine.66 cases in control group were treated by routine western medicine.Four Weeks was a course in two groups.The changes of blood pressure,symptoms,blood lipids,hemarheology and adverse effect were analyzed.Results The effective rate of depressurization in treatment group（84.85%） was higher than that in control group（66.67%,P〈0.05）.The effective rate of clinical symptoms in treatment group（87.88%） was higher than that in control group（63.64%,P〈0.05）.The improvement of TC and LDL-C in treatment group was superior to that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.High shear viscosity,low shear viscosity,plasma viscosity and fibrinogen after treatment were reduced as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05）.High shear viscosity in treatment group was lower than that in control group after treatment（P〈0.05）.The mean flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery and pulsatility index after treatment were improved as compared with those before treatment in treatment group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gastrodia and uncaria decoction combined with western medicine has good effect on hypertension with syndrome hyperactivity of liver-YANG,and no adverse effect.
