针对高校图书馆图书价格猛涨,经费短缺,导致文献供求矛盾日见突出的现状,提出了优化采购、强化管理等十项解决问题的途径。
As the price of books and reference materials rises sharply,the fund shortage for books and reference materials appears.The paper gives some suggestions for smoothing this contradiction.
