含钛J422焊条研制及其焊缝组织性能 被引量:2

摘要 在J422钛钙型药皮配方的基础上调整药皮成分,采用铝粉脱氧、氮化锰为钛的过渡还原剂,研制了一种高质量的含钛焊条(暂命名J422Ti)。通过现场施焊、成分检测、硬度测试、金相组织观察和力学性能试验,对焊条工艺性能及焊缝组织性能进行了研究。试验结果表明:研制的焊条有良好的焊接工艺性能,适量钛的加入有利于提高焊缝的力学性能。 In this paper,a high-quality electrode containing titanium(J422Ti)was developed by changing thecoating of J422 and adding aluminum powder and manganese nitride.The usability of electrode and the microstructureand properties of the weld metal were investigated by means of welding test,composition test,hardness test,metallographic examination and mechanical property test.The experimental results indicated that the usability of theelectrode was excellent and the comprehensive mechanical property of the weld metal was improved with optimalcontent of titanium.
