New Active Simulation Inductance and Its Applications

摘要 基于新型电流模式器件CFTA,设计了一个接地模拟电感和一个浮地模拟电感,其电路的特点是:使用接地电容,有源元件及其输入、输出端数最少.为证实电路工作的可靠性,基于该模拟电感,利用元件替换法,分别设计了电流模式三阶巴特沃斯低通和高通滤波器,其极点频率为100 kHz,通带增益为0.5,计算机仿真表明:所设计的电路正确有效. Based on CFTA,a grounded and a floating simulated inductance circuits were proposed.The circuits employed grounded capacitor,minimum number of active components and its input and output terminals.To confirm the reliability of the circuits,based on inductance circuits,component substitution method was used to design Butterworth third-order low-pass and high-pass filter respectively,its Pole frequency fo=100 kHz and pass-band gain Aup=0.5.The computer simulation results indicated that the proposed circuits were valid and effective.
