摘要
高等学校人事决策的形成过程并非如教科书所指出的那样,是遵循着既定的民主程序,顺利地完成的;而是各决策主体之间运用一定的微观政治策略相互斗争取得的"成果"。对此,可通过高校微观政治个案的事件过程分析可以得到证明。
Personnel decisions in colleges and universities are not made successfully,as what is mentioned in the textbook,according to the fixed democratic process.In fact,it is an achievement gained in the micro-politic battle among decision-makers,which can be proved by a case study of micro-politics in colleges and universities.
