摘要
与儿童群体不同,成人的认知、能力差异对个体学习的影响趋于减弱,而其人格因素所起的作用却更显突出。在成人学习研究方面,自我概念作为个体人格发展的核心已成为成人教育研究者重点关注的对象。成人个体成熟的自我概念,意味着他们具有深入自我的觉察、趋向一致的自我认同和积极的调控能力,而这些特质对调动成人内在的学习动机、提升学习效能和促成学习目标实现,发挥着积极的促进作用。
By contrast to children,the influence of adult's cognitive and ability differences on individual learning tends to decrease,while the role of their personality is more important.In the study of adult learning,adult education researchers pay close attention to adult learners' mature self-concept which is the key to the development of individual personality.Adult learners' mature self-concept means they have the abilities to perceive themselves deeply,identify themselves homogeneously,and adjust themselves positively.All these characteristics play a significantly positive role on adult learners' inherent learning motivation,learning efficacy and realization of learning target.
