摘要
提出了一种计算复色光下人眼视网膜空间像调制度AIM的方法.利用Hartmann-Shack波前传感器测量的波前像差数据,求得眼睛光学系统的调制传递函数MTF,利用CSV-1000测试仪和VAF-1000视力仪分别测量同一只眼睛的对比敏感度函数CSF以及视力VA,由MTF,CSF,以及VA之间的关联获得复色光下人眼视网膜空间像调制度AIM曲线.结果表明:视网膜AIM曲线与眼光学系统的MTF无关,并且正常人眼(无视网膜疾病)的AIM值相近,因此多眼AIM曲线的统计平均值可以作为标准.文中演示了基于波前技术和标准AIM曲线的对比敏感度CSF的测定,它具有快速和客观测量的特点.
A method for calculating the aerial image modulation(AIM) of human retina for visible wavelength is presented.The wave-front aberration of human eye was measured with a Hartmann-Shack wave-front sensor,and with the aberration data the modulation transfer function(MTF) is obtained.Using the CSV-1000 and the VAF-1000,the contrast sensitivity function(CSF) and the visual acuity(VA) for the same eye are measured directly.Then the AIM of human retina for visible wavelength is acquired by the relationship between MTF and CSF,and between MTF and VA.The AIM of human retina is independent of MTF,and the values of AIM for normal eyes(without retina disease) are similar,so the assembly average for large numbers of normal eyes can be a standard curve for retina AIM.The VA and CSF values can be directly acquired by the standard AIM and the measured wave-front aberrations,which have the characteristics of high speed and objectivity.
