摘要
研究高效液相色谱法测定土样中二甲四氯钠主要成分的定量方法,以甲醇∶1%冰乙酸水溶液问为60∶40作为流动相,使用HC-C18柱测定出二甲四氯钠有效成分含量。结果表明,二甲四氯钠呈良好线性关系,相关系数0.99997,回收率101%。
The content of MCPA-Na were determined by using HPLC with HC-C18 Column and methanol∶water=60∶40 as mobile phase. The results showed that the calibration curve was linear （r=0.999 7）,and the average recover was 101%. The method was applied to the analysis of MCPA-Na in its quality control.
