通过调查数据和例证分析阐述当地酱菜产业的发展现状和基本特点,针对资源利用效率偏低、缺乏核心竞争力和政府扶持力度不足3个方面提出相关对策建议。

The local pickle industry development and the basic characteristics were explained through analysis of survey data and examples.The local pickles industry deficiencies during its developing process, the deficiencies were consisted of the lower efficiency of resource use, the weaker core competence and lacking of effective government support were summed up. According to these deficiencies and problems, some related countermeasures were proposed.
