县级农广校在农村职业教育中面临的困境和发展思路——以资中县农业广播电视学校为例

Difficulties and Developments of the County Agriculture Broadcast Television School——Zizhong County Agriculture Broadcast Teveision School as an Example

针对农业广播电视教育在发展过程中存在的资金投入不足、师资匮乏、招生艰难、学员就业不理想等不能适应经济社会发展需要的问题,提出县级农广校在实施农村职业教育中的七大切实有效措施。

For many years the countryside vocational education has made a graet contribution to the rural economy, the social development and the achievment of the better-off society. But generally speaking, the countryside vocational education, specially the agriculture broadcast television education was still a weak link in our country’s educational enterprise. And in the developing process, there were many problems such as the deficiency of fund and teachers, the difficult work of recruiting students, and the unsatisfactory employment, which were not suited to the needs of economic and social development. With these isseus, this article would propose seven big practical and effective actions about implementing the countryside vocational education for county agriculture broadcast television schools to promot the development of the countryside vocational education.
