摘要
分析了该院"十五"以来在科技创新、示范推广、农业科技园区建设等方面取得的成效,总结了四川省农业科学院人才队伍建设的基本措施和主要成效,提出了农业科技园区人才建设的对策建议。
The science and technology innovation, popularization, agricultural science and technology park construction which Sichuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences had been acquired since the ＇tenth-five＇ were analyzed in this paper, the basic measures and main achievements of talents team were summarized, the countermeasures and suggestions for talents construction of agricultural science and technology park were proposed.
