摘要
以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵为模板剂,通过微波辐射方法合成钴掺杂MCM-41介孔分子筛。采用X射线粉末衍射、红外光谱、透射电子显微镜、等离子发射光谱和N2吸附-脱附等技术对样品进行表征。结果表明:样品经550℃焙烧后,模板剂被有效去除。微波辐射条件下,成功合成出钴掺杂介孔分子筛样品。与纯硅的分子筛样品相比,钴掺杂的介孔分子筛比表面积增大,孔径分布均匀。
Co-doped MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve was successfully synthesized by using cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB) as a template with microwave irradiation method.The calcined samples were characterized by means of XRD,FT-IR,ICP,TEM and N2 physical adsorption,respectively.The results show that the synthesized samples are calcined at 550 ℃ for 10 h,the template can effectively be removed,Co-doped MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve is gained,the Co-MCM-41 mesoporous molecular sieve has larger specific surface area and a uniform pore distribution comparing with the pure silica MCM-41mesoporous molecular sieve.
