摘要
为了提出一个更加可靠、实用的污垢热阻随时间变化的预测模型,以解决油田集输系统内间接加热系统换热器结垢问题。针对油田间接加热系统内管壳式换热器的传热特点,通过分析其结垢机理,在综合考虑结垢过程与温度场耦合作用下,建立了无相变管壳式换热器中污垢热阻预测模型。采用C语言对模型进行编程迭代计算,得到了换热器不同时间下的污垢热阻值。计算结果与文献实验数据比较表明,预测模型是正确、可靠的。
To solve the problems of fouling in heat exchanger within oil field gathering and transportation system,a more reliable and practical fouling model is needed.In this article,according to the heat transfer characteristics of shell-and-tube heat exchanger,the prediction model of fouling resistance in the heat exchanger without phase change was established after analyzing the fouling mechanism under consideration of interaction between fouling process and temperature field.The model was programmed using computer language C to obtain the values of fouling resistance at different time.After the comparison between the simulation results and the experimental data from other literatures,the reliability of the model was proved.
