摘要
分析了光纤陀螺用探测器模块在辐照条件下的失效模式,针对元器件的材料、结构、表面处理等方面提出了抗辐射的设计方案,测试了采用该方案设计的探测器模块的参数随辐照的变化情况,结果表明模块的抗辐照效果明显,能够满足探测器组件抗辐射的要求。
The failure mode of the detector modules used in FOG under the radiation environment was analyzed. An anti-radiant design was proposed from the aspects of material, structure, surface treatment, etc. The anti-radiant capability was tested by measuring the parameters of the detector module under the radiation environment. Test results indicate that this module has good anti-radiant capability and can satisfy the requirement of anti-radiant for detectors.
