摘要
不确定度评定是测量仪器校准过程中的重要环节,随着仪器测量精度的不断提高,利用数据拟合回归技术确定仪器测量数据与约定真值的函数关系,已经成为仪器校准技术发展的趋势。利用多项式回归开展校准数据的处理,根据最小二乘法原理,分析校准过程中导致不确定度的来源,给出了多项式回归校准结果不确定度的评定方法和步骤。
Uncertainty Evaluation is an important part in the process of measuring instrument calibration.With the improvement of accuracy of instrument,using data fitting regress technology to determine the function relation of instrument data and conventional true value has become a trend of instrument calibration.The calibration data processing by polynomial regression are carried out.According to least square method,the source of uncertainty in calibration process is analyzed.The evaluation method of uncertainty in calibration results is described finally.
