Analysis on Rotary Air Preheater Firing During Commissioning Period and Countermeasures

概述某火电厂回转式空气预热器调试阶段发生着火的过程,分析原因为空气预热器蓄热元件上的沉积物着火所致,提出预防措施,为避免其他机组在调试阶段发生空气预热器着火提供借鉴。

This paper describes the rotary air preheater firing during commissioning period in some power plant,analyzes the cause of the firing is sediment of air preheater storage component fire,gives countermeasures of air prpreheater firing and to take reference for avoiding air heater firing in other power plant units during commissioning.
