摘要
简要概述小混床旁路处理、投加铜缓蚀剂、频繁换水或内冷水箱溢流法等处理工艺在双水内冷机组应用中存在的问题,分析大唐保定热电厂双水内冷机组应用的"离子交换+气水分离"内冷水处理系统的结构、控制方式、应用效果、安全经济效益,证明该处理系统对防止发电机内冷水系统铜线棒的腐蚀效果明显。
The paper summarizes and existing application problems from the small mixed-bed bypass treatment,adding copper corrosion inhibitor and overflow of inner cooling water tank in double-water internal cooling generator,and further more analyzes the system structure,control method,application effect,safe economic benefit of settlement fashion of ion exchanging + gas and water separating in Datang Baoding Thermal Power Plant.At last,this paper proves the system has the remarkable corrosion effect on preventing copper conductor.
