乙烯球罐持续产生裂纹的原因分析及返修处理

乙烯球罐FB9501A自1997年投用运行至今共经历3次全面检验,在同一环焊缝热影响区累计发现40余处超标缺陷,经过局部返修复检合格。文中就投用以来持续产生裂纹的原因进行分析,提出合理的返修热处理方案,以达到抑制裂纹继续产生的目的。

Since the ethylene spherical tank FB9501A was put into service in 1997,three comprehensive inspections have been provided for it,and a total of over 40 over - standard defects have been found in the heat - affected zone of the same circumferential weld.After repair of local defects,it passed re -inspection.This article analyzes the causes of continuous cracking and provides a reasonable repairing and heat treatment method,so as to achieve the goal of restraining continuous cracking.
