摘要
以三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)和油酸(OA)为原料、对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,采用减压酯化的方法合成了具有润滑性能的三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯.通过比较酯化率和产品最终颜色探讨了催化剂用量、反应时间及反应温度对反应的影响,得到了合成三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯的优化条件:催化剂用量为总投料量的1%(质量分数),反应温度为150℃,投料酸醇摩尔比OA/TMP=3.0∶1,反应时间为3 h.在此优化条件下,重复试验OA的酯化率均在95%以上,产品的收率均在90%以上.
Oleic acid trimethylolpropane easter with the property of lubrication is synthesized from esterification of oleic acid and trimethylolpropane as the raw material under reduced pressure with p-toluenesulfonic acid(PTSA) as catalyst.Through comparing esterification rate and product colour,the effect factors on the reaction are discussed: amount of catalyst,reaction time and reaction temperature.The optimum conditions are found as follows: amount of PTSA is 1%(mass fraction) based upon mass of total material,the reaction temperature is 150 ℃,n(oleic acid)/n(trimethylolpropane)is 3.0∶1,reaction time is 3 h.Under the optimum conditions,esterification rate of repeated experiment is all above 95% and the product yield is all above 90%.
