摘要
齐鲁乙烯两套裂解气压缩机原控制系统负荷分配不合理,影响装置能耗和产品收率。通过引进美国压缩机控制公司的CCC控制系统替代现有的WOODWARD 505E控制系统,实现GB-201、1201压缩机的并联运行及负荷分配,达到提高产能、降低能耗的目的。
The energy consumption and product yield of Qilu ethylene plant is affected by the unreasonable load distribution in the existing control system for the two cracking gas compressors in plant.Compressor Control Corp.CCC control system is introduced to replace the existing WOODWARD 505E control system,so as to realize parallel operation and load distribution of Compressors GB - 201 and GB - 1201 and achieve the objectives of increasing output and reducing energy consumption.
