摘要
以HXD2交流传动机车为例,介绍了国际一流电力机车电气预布线的概念、设计原则、制造工艺和控制技术。先进的机车预布线设计应遵循模块化设计原则和EMC原则,将不同用途的线缆按照各自的功能进行分区布线,提出预布线工艺方案,并通过下线、压接、安装、运送、线间检测和耐压试验等步骤,找出布线质量控制的方法与技巧。
The new concept,design principle,manufacture process and control technology of electrical pre-wirings are introduced for advanced electric locomotives in the world,taken technology-transferred HXD2 AC Electric Locomotive as an example.During the advanced pre-wiring design,the principle of modularization and EMC should be followed,which allows various cables to be wired to different areas according to their different functions.The wiring process scheme is put forward,which gives methods and Know-how of quality control by series of procedures,such as cutting,crimping,assembling,moving,line-to-line testing,dielectric testing and so on.
