摘要
S136钢塑料模具使用过程中出现了早期开裂现象。本文主要采用电子探针和金相显微镜对失效模具的化学成分、断口形貌、显微组织进行观察和分析。结果表明:失效的S136钢塑料模具冶金夹杂物多,材质低劣;裂纹起始端的严重过热,网状碳化物的形成导致材料脆性增加,强度下降,两者共同作用导致模具开裂失效。
The early failure cracks in S136 steel plastic mold were found.Electron probe microanalysis(EPMA) and metallurgical microscope were employed to investigate the chemical composition,fracture surface morphology and microstructure respectively.The results showed that the inferior quality materials with much inclusion and overheating reticulation carbide were the main responsible reasons for the fracture of the plastic mold.
