摘要
为调查地震后旅游者对四川众多旅游目的地的感知形象、是否愿意重游四川等问题,通过实证分析,探索国内旅游者重游四川决策的影响因素.研究发现,旅游目的地资源质量、旅游目的地忠诚和总体满意对旅游者的重游决策具有显著影响.同时,针对不同的重游决策影响因素,将旅游者分为"满怀期待型"和"无所谓型",并总结了各自对重游影响因素的关注程度.最后就该研究的局限性和研究启示进行了阐述.
To investigate tourists' perceived image for Sichuan's many destinations after the earthquake and determine whether tourists will revisit Sichuan or not,an empirical study was made to have a trial to investigate the influence factors on decision-making of domestic tourists' revisit to Sichuan.The findings show that tourism resources quality,destination loyalty and overall satisfaction have great influences on tourists' revisit intention to Sichuan.In view of different repeat visitation influence factors,the repeat tourists are classified into two clusters,namely,"tourists full of expectation" and "indifferent".How they concern the influence factors were summarized respectively.Finally,the limit and the revelation of this research were proposed.
