我国农民工体育权益发展现状及保障探析

The Analysis About the Status and the Guaranty of the Vulnerable Group's Sports Rights in China

弱势群体中的农民工是我国社会发展中一个不可忽视的人群。他们是维护社会稳定和谐发展的一个重要因素。体育权益作为每个公民的一项合法权益,忽略或者忽视任何一个群体的体育权益都是与我国的社会发展目标不一致的,尤其是对弱势群体。通过查阅文献、走访和调查,了解农民工的体育参与状态,从农民工体育权益的保障及影响因素等方面军进行分析合探讨。

The peasant workers of vulnerable group is a group that can not be ignored of the social＇s developing.And it is an important factor for social stability and harmony.Sports rights and interests is a legitimate right and interests of each citizen,it is inconsistent with China＇s development objectives to ignore or neglect the interests of any one group,especially for vulnerable groups.The author consulted literature and vistited the sports participation,and found out that the current situation to participate sports of peasant worker is not hopeful,so the author analyzed the guaranty of the sports rights and interests,and wished to make some contribution for satisfy their cultural and spiritual needs.
