摘要
羽毛球正手和反手击球技术是羽毛球技术中的核心,文中对羽毛球技术课程正手和反手击球技术的教学方法和手段进行了创新、尝试和改革,将传统的正手和反手击球技术的顺向的教学顺序,改变为反常规的逆向的教学顺序。
The badminton forward and the reverse batsmanship is in the badminton technology core,this paper on the badminton backhand technique technical courses are teaching methods and some innovative means to try and reform,the traditional backhand technique is to shun the teaching of the order to change the teaching of anti-conventional reverse the order.
