高等院校课外体育在整个高校体育中的战略地位日益突出。以深化体育改革与发展的需要为出发点，加强课外体育科学化管理研究、建立课外体育综合管理系统将２５００名大学生的课外体育材料输入系统，实施体系化运转，其效果显著。系统实践结果与前比较分析证明：高校课外体育综合管理系统方法是课外体育科学化管理的重要手段。

Extracurricular sport in colleges and universities is sticking out increasingly in the entire tactic status of physical education in institutes of higher learning. From the viewpoint of deepening physical educationre form and developing physical education the study of scientific administration of extracurricular sport wasstrengthened and the comprehensive administration system of it was established. The extracurricular sportmaterials of 2500 students were input into the system and systemic operation was brought into play. The results were obvious. Comparing them with the previous results, it was shown that applying the comprehensiveadministration system of extracurricular sport is an important measure for scientific administration of extracurricular sport.
