B_4C陶瓷/金属复合靶板抗侵彻性能数值模拟分析 被引量:1

摘要 利用LS-DYNA对平头弹垂直侵彻陶瓷复合靶的过程进行数值分析,研究了B4C陶瓷/金属复合靶板防护能力跟靶板结构设计之间的关系。计算结果表明:B4C陶瓷作面板复合靶有较优的抗弹性能;铝合金作背板与钢板作背板的陶瓷复合靶相比具有良好的抗弹性能。并得到了B4C陶瓷/铝合金板复合靶的防护能力与陶瓷板、铝合金板厚度的变化规律。 The penetration process of long rod projectile into ceramic/metal composite armor was simulated with LS-DYNA,and projectile penetrating into B4C ceramic/metal compound target was simulated under different target structure,the whole picture of penetration and main data was gained.The simulation results show that the compound target board made of B4C ceramics has good anti-ballistic property;B4C ceramic/aluminum alloy board has excellent anti-penetration characteristic for projectile impact.The variation of B4C ceramic/aluminum alloy target board’s anti-penetration with thickness ration of target was obtained.
